Samples of Jennifer’s latest soda batches will be shared to offer inspiration. All materials provided.
Weeds, weeds, wonderful weeds! Do you look at ‘nature’ and see one big wall of green? Plants are as individual and unique as each person. Join Jennifer Sundstrom as we stroll though the park to greet the spring growth. We will meet the plants (and weeds!) and discuss food and medicinal uses, with a focus on wild edible plants. Tips for sustainable harvesting will be offered. We will walk, rain or shine, so dress appropriately
